I'm Lorena, an information designer based in London. I help organisations turn complex information into clear, accessible and engaging communication, including reports, infographics, presentations, brochures and branding for print and digital.

I trained in graphic design in Bogotá and completed an MA in Information Design at the University of Reading. Over more than ten years of freelance work, I've completed 170+ projects for clients in the UK and abroad. Many have come back year after year, and I value long-term working relationships built on trust, clear communication and consistent quality.

Accessible documents: PDFs designed and tagged to WCAG AA, with correct reading order, headings, bookmarks, alt text and tested colour contrast. I can also check and remediate existing documents.

Information and data design: infographics, data visualisation, reports and pitch decks that make complex content easy to understand.

Branding and marketing: identities, brochures, banners and campaign materials for print and online.

Design for web and social: consistent, on-brand graphics that work across platforms.

I put the reader first. I listen to your goals, shape the content so it's clear and usable, and deliver organised, editable files. I'm available weekdays during UK business hours.
